We are NOT a credit repair company. We do not guarantee the removal of any information from your credit reports, an increase in your credit score, approval for financing, or any specific outcome.

Our services are educational and consultative in nature. You remain responsible for making your own financial decisions and for submitting any documents or disputes in your own name.

Results vary based on each individual's credit profile, documentation, creditor responses, and applicable laws.

Virgile Consulting Group LLC makes no guarantees or promises regarding:

• Credit score increases
• Deletion of accounts or inquiries
• Approval for loans or credit cards
• Business funding approvals
• Timing of results

Past client results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Clients agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Submit requested documentation promptly.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Follow all recommendations at their own discretion.
• Understand that delays caused by missing documentation or lack of communication may delay services.

Payment is due before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Due to the immediate allocation of time, strategy development, consultation, digital resources, administrative work, and other professional services, Virgile Consulting Group LLC does not provide refunds, partial refunds, chargeback approvals, or credits once payment has been made.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing professional consulting services.
• Work may begin immediately after payment is received.
• Dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
• Credit report outcomes are determined by third parties and are outside of our control.

Attempting to initiate a chargeback after services have begun may be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Clients agree to communicate respectfully with our staff.

Virgile Consulting Group LLC reserves the right to discontinue services for abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

We take reasonable measures to protect client information. Information provided by clients is used solely for providing requested consulting services unless disclosure is required by law.

Virgile Consulting Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

Clients acknowledge that all decisions regarding disputes, correspondence, identity theft reports, creditors, lenders, and government agencies are ultimately their own.

Virgile Consulting Group LLC provides guidance only.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By purchasing services, signing an agreement, submitting payment, or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
